Real-time, multi-tenant decision-support platform with collaborative workflows, tested with 100+ concurrent users. Built WebSocket-based coordination in FastAPI for sub-second state sync across devices.
Full-stack SoundCloud toolkit with OAuth2, playlist management, and batch operations. Scaled from 10 to 105+ users (534 monthly page views) in first month.
